Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who, from our office in Tilburg (possibly hybrid), will be the first point of contact for external installers with questions during their work. You will also ensure that the product documentation and work instructions, both in text and images, are continuously improved. You also give monthly product training sessions. In short, a versatile job with lots of variety, contacts and challenges!
Qualifications:
- Interest in electrical and measurement/control engineering.
- Some product knowledge of electrical products systems (such as inverters, meters, EV chargers, heat pumps and batteries)
- Great problem solving skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communicator (speaking, listening, recording)
- Basic knowledge of ICT
- Bachelor's degree: Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or similar field, or equivalent experience
- Fluent Dutch and English, other languages are a plus.

From our office in Tilburg (possibly hybrid) you will be the first point of contact and the primary link within the support process. In addition, you ensure that the product documentation and work instructions (both in text and images) are complete and user-friendly. In short, a versatile position with challenging tasks and a lot of contact with customers.
