We are looking for a driven DevSecOps Engineer

Do you like taking ownership of a modern cloud and infrastructure environment? And do you want to work on technology that truly impacts the energy transition? Then you are the DevSecOps Engineer we are looking for.

In this role, you will not only build robust Kubernetes clusters but also create a secure, scalable and future-proof infrastructure for our software and data. You work from a security by design approach, automate wherever possible and ensure reliability is always the standard.

Together with our development teams, you continuously improve the development and release processes. You are the connecting link between development, security and operations.

What will you do?
  • Design, build and manage Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure both cloud and on-premise
  • Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and build processes
  • Implement security measures, identity and access management and compliance controls
  • Automate infrastructure and configurations using Infrastructure as Code
  • Set up monitoring, observability and incident response processes
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure and efficient deployments
  • Manage hosting partners and monitor service level agreements
 
What do you bring?
  • At least three years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps or systems administration with a focus on cloud, automation and security
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, able to design, set up and manage clusters independently
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub Actions or Jenkins
  • Experience with Linux, scripting using Bash or Python and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure
  • Understanding of security principles, identity and access management and compliance such as ISO 27001 or NIS2
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Interest in energy or electrical engineering is a plus

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer

Are you technically skilled, customer-oriented and enjoy helping others with smart solutions? Then this position is for you.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be the first point of contact for external installers from our office in Tilburg with hybrid work possible. You support them with questions or challenges during their work and ensure our customers can always rely on smooth and professional service.

In addition, you continuously improve our product documentation and instructions both in text and visual formats and provide monthly product training. This is a versatile role with a lot of variety, contacts and technical challenges.

What will you do?
  • Be the first point of contact for external installers with technical questions
  • Support installations and troubleshoot issues
  • Improve product documentation and instructions in both text and visual formats
  • Provide monthly product training
  • Identify common questions and report back to the product team
  • Contribute to a smooth and professional support process
 

What do you bring?

  • Interest in electrical and control engineering
  • Some knowledge of electrical systems such as inverters, meters, EV chargers, heat pumps and batteries
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills including speaking, listening and documentation
  • Basic ICT knowledge
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Informatics or a comparable field or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

In addition, you contribute to improving product documentation and instructions both in text and visual formats, making them clear and user-friendly. This is a versatile role with challenging tasks and extensive customer interaction.

  • Identify recurring questions and bottlenecks in the support process
  • Contribute to an efficient, customer-focused and professional support process
 
What you bring
  • Interest in electrical and control engineering
  • Some knowledge of electrical systems is a plus including inverters, meters, EV chargers, heat pumps and batteries
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic ICT knowledge
  • MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Technical Informatics or comparable field, or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
